We are regularly asked this questions in the workshops that we do and were just asked it again the other day so we thought why not tackle it right from the get go here at the beginning of 2019! Our answers about what to do about them may surprise you!

Also, we are well under way in getting people signed up for "The Cupid Challenge"! This 14 day challenge will begin on February 1st and will end on February 14th which is, of course, Valentine's Day!
